Adult's Green Hula Skirt
I went back and forth looking for hula skirts for a school skit. I read all of the reviews on other products on this website. Decided to go with these. I was very happy with them. They certainly are not full enough to wear alone with no shorts or skirts underneath, but they are perfect if you are just going for the 'Hawaiian effect.' They have a nice, adjustable velcro waist band and they are plastic instead of raffia. So they don't break apart or crackle. They are durable and can easily be worn again and again.

Great for summer!
I live in Sacramento, California, so I not only go to the State Fair every year, I go multiple times! Well, there's a Hawaiian themed kiosk for coffees and lattes and such and I thought I'd dress for the "occasion" whenever I get my caf fix. I love that I can get a grass skirt for just $5. Only problem was I bought a size too big (thought I needed the largest size), but that's easily remedied with extra velcro. ; ) For $10, you can have "a fuller skirt", and I plan on doing that at some point. I really appreciate the velcro so that you don't have to be "just the right measurement" and the skirt overlaps itself instead of feeling like there's a gap, making you feel partially naked, like with those tie ones I've gotten from other places.

Too Big For Me
My only complaint with this was that it was much too large for me around the waist. I ended up using safety pins to get it to stay on. But once I did that little fix, I had no problems with it for the entire night. It's a really fun skirt.

This was okay
Though this wasn't a lot of money, I still thought it was a little expensive for what it was. I do like it and it will serve its purpose.

Bright color, soft = cute gimmick
Ordered these for the women at my niece's birthday party. They worked really well but are not exceptionally thick. The velcro closure was much better than the ties on some other styles.

I danced and taught hula for about 5 years and this skirt is what i used for myself. They are thin, so i bought 4 and sewed them all together...it's been 7 years since i last used it, but it's still in great condition. Just keep it on a hanger because folding it can put a permanent crease in the shreds of plastic.
