Cute, but small I purchased these for a "Neon Safari" party - it was a 30th Birthday party, so no kids were involved. I was assured that these were adult sized before i ordered them. Mine were not scratched when i received them and they were just fine to see through. But they were small! Maybe a PETITE adult could have worn them... the rest of us would have looked like idiots. They fit my one-year-old much better than the little girl in the picture - they were not big on him at all. It's a shame, too, because they are REALLY cute! If we were having a kid's party, i would have been thrilled with them. Another watch-out... the arms have jaggedy plastic where they wrap around the ear. Running a nail file or exacto knife across this would remedy the situation. They are adorable and brightly colored (i wouldn't call them "neon" colored), but they are definitely sized for KIDS, no matter what anyone tells you!! =) March 6, 2013

cheaply made or poorly handled? Sure, these are cheap for a dozen pair of sunglasses. But it looks like the lenses were ground into a sandy floor before being shipped. Not sure if they were tossed around a lot, or if the plastic is just that cheap. This is probably to be expected, but it's worth noting that these provide no UV protection -- there's a sticker on each one stating this. They are decorative only. October 5, 2012
