Beach Flamingo Pi¿¿ata
The Bday Girl was happy
While I was hesitant because others had said that this was flimsy - when it arrived my daughter was quite happy. We simply used a smaller stick and the moving rope method and all was good - all the kids got at least one whack at it. I suppose you could reinforce it a bit if you wanted to. It is a bit small but for the 10 kids we had there was plenty of candy still.

I admit that I did not read the reviews before I purchased because I have always been happy with Oriental Trading. I ordered this for a luau for a 7 year old. While cute, this pinata was much smaller than I expected. It was impossible to fill. It wouldn't take a one back of fun size chocolate bars and would not serve for all thechildren at the party. We had to buy a random pinata at a local store and used the flamingo pinata as a centerpiece.

Do NOt Buy This Product
I will definitely read the reviews before I buy another product here. I was very dissapointed in this Pinata. There was very little room for candy and forget about any thing else you might want to add. It is so packed with paper. I have a small hand and had a hard time pulling out the little I could to make room for the candy. This was not worth the price that is being charged for this item

I have definitely learned to read reviews
I have definitely learned to read reviews before I buy another thing EVER.... This pi¿¿ata was one of the worst pi¿¿ata I have ever bought. We had to cut a hole in the pinata with a knife cuz there was none that we could find... Then we had to dig out newspaper so that there would be room for the candy. We tried to stuff enough candy in there for our large group of kids but not only is it the WORST pinata it is TINY!!!!! We ended up putting most of the candy in bags.....DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you just want to use it for a decoration because that is all it is good for!! I am actually very Leary to buy another pinata from this website.....

Should have saved my money
I was very disappointed with this pinata. It was much smaller than I expected and it did not really look like a flamingo. Also, when I hung it up, it leaned too far forward. I could not get it to hang level. Cost too much for what it is.

I could've done better making my own
I was not pleased with this pinata. I didn't read the reviews and should have! It was way small, and there was too much newspaper to get even a handful of candy in it. I tried using a knife and digging some out., but gave up and ended up just throwing some candy when it was busted open. It didn't even look like the picture, it's neck was short and fat and looked a bit funny. Before I bought it I had thought about trying to make my own and I should have cause I know I could have done better! The only good thing is my daughter still thought it was cute.

WORST PINATA EVER...DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!
We bought this pinata last year for my daughter's b-day party, along with other things! I have definitely learned to read reviews....some stuff that I got was wonderful but I bought a lot of JUNK too. This pinata was one of the worst things. We had to cut a hole in the pinata with a knife cuz there was none that we could find...and don't you put candy in ALL pinata's??? Then he spent an hour digging out newspaper so that there would be room for the candy. We tried to stuff enough candy in there for our large group of kids but not only is it the WORST pinata it is TINY!!!!! We ended up putting most of the candy in bags.....DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you just want to use it for decoration, that is about all it is good for!! I am actually very Leary to buy another pinata from this website.....

I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing because they were spot on. The Pinata is so stuffed with newspaper that is impossible to get out that you can't put candy in it. The paper is so packed that it almost appears glued in & you would totally have to wreck the pinata to make a hole big enough to tear out the paper. Bad, bad, bad.
