Impressive and fun
These cross kits were better than I expected. When I did the first one, it was a bit difficult, just to hold everything in place but once completed it makes an impressive little craft. A bit difficult for younger children, but I believe about 9 and up can complete it and have fun. They really glow in the dark, too!!

Fun to make, floppy to wear
Only downside doesn't stay straight when worn.

This craft was very successful for us. It is always confusing to get started but the instructions do explain it. I did not try it but the kids reported back the next day that the beads did glow in the dark.

They glow!
I bought these necklaces to use at a First Communion celebration for my class. The sample I made was fairly easy~ we'll see how the children do with it. The beads do glow in the dark.
There were more beads in the package I opened as a sample than were needed for the project, and additional beads in the whole package. This gives the children some choice of colors. The cord looks like a long shoelace, and was easy to thread through the beads.
I'm very pleased with this item!

Difficult Project
the instructions for this product were difficult to follow. Once we got the hang of it, we could complete them, but they didn't lie as flat as I had hoped. I also could not get them to glow in the dark as described.

disappointed
i ordered these with the express purpose of using the glow-in-the-dark beads. was very disappointed that the beads do not glow in the dark.
