Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as advertised Yes it's a spotlight. But it's not black at all. ITS PURPLE and it doesn't make white glow like a black light does. Very disappointed abd dissatisfied.

Is this product a blacklight that allows neon and white colors to glow?

Asked by: dpratser
For the most part, yes. Not every neon colored item will "glow" under a blacklight, however many will.
