Excellent basket addition
These are an excellent size for filling with candy and also for outside decorations. I would buy these again and would recommend them to anyone.

Cool
I am using these for Easter baskets. I put the eye-shaped sidewalk chalk with wiggle eyes in them. Can't wait until the kids open them on Easter. The item # for chalk is 37/858

Disappointing
The only truthful thing about this product is that the eggs are bright. There's nothing "jumbo" about them and similar items could be purchased (or not purchased if it didn't meet your expectations!) at a local drugstore without shipping costs.

Sunday School Lesson
I teach Sunday School to third graders. I took each of the bible verses printed them on separate pieces of paper. Then took each paper with one verse and placed it inside each egg. Then I hid them in the classroom and when the children arrived, they had to look for the eggs and each place themselves in the order in which the verses appear in the bible & read them out loud and tell the story for Sunday's lesson. They enjoyed the egg hunt and then putting themselves in the order the verses appear in the bible to read the story out loud.

Could have been better
I bought these for our Easter Egg Hunt to hold the bunny tails that I also ordered from this site. The eggs didn't want to stay together. I know the bunny tails are bulky, but if the eggs would have snapped together and stayed together it would have worked just fine. Also the eggs were not bright and shiny like in the picture, they were a bit dulled.

Quality Down
I purchased these egg shells for Easter 2010 quality was excellent and eggs closed nicely. Repurchased for Easter 2011 assuming they would be the same product.. the plastic is thinner so the quality is way down and as I have some of last years eggs still the comparison is clear. Also note they easily pop open if you put a 3" plush toy in this 3" egg.
