Why is there a swastika on Buddha?
I would love to purchase some little Buddhas, or Om symbols, or Evil Eye, or hamsa charms from Oriental Trading- but who would actually use a Buddha charm with a swastika?
In Chinese culture, it represents good fortune. Specifically in Buddhism, it is sacred and represents the Dharma Wheel, reminding of compassion and goodwill to all beings.
Note that it is firmly balanced on one of the "arms", rather than on a point as the Germans in WWII used it when they appropriated it for evil use.
