beautiful earrings! I get compliments on these everywhere I go & have sold out of the ones I've made! The flowers are like the inside of a shell! Very pretty! Then you have the irridescent bicone bead to top it all off! Easy to assemble, too. April 23, 2012

Missing part I received the kit promptly, however, I was very disappointed that I didn't have all the pieces I need to make the beautiful earring in the picture. I received 6 small packages in 1 plastic bag. They all are missing the butterfly piece. The customer service was wonderful as they asked if I would like to get a refund, or $15 gift certificate toward next purchase, or they can also ship me another one. I requested a refund because I don't know if all the packages are missing the butterfly or just mine in particular. And I don't want the gift certificate because the last time they gave me one, it has an expiration date that was only a couple of months away. October 9, 2012
