Operation Christmas Child These were purchased for Christmas Shoeboxes in the category of 10-14 year old girls. They will be filled with sewing supplies, and the decorative buttons will be put with the sewing supplies rather than used for embellishing the bags. The bags will be embellished with embroidered flowers. January 18, 2013

Sew Great! This is a great craft for teaching the Girl Scout Troop to Sew Buttons!! It will take each time to sew each one, but by the time they are finished, they will have it down! We opt not to glue, as a learning tool to learn to sew a button. October 31, 2012
