Good Product It's the perfect size for the child head June 25, 2010

Too small I ordered these for my preschoolers graduation. I had 20 kids graduate and only 1 (ONE) kid had his cap fit. They were too small and were just sitting on their heads, and kept coming off. None of them wore them for the ceremony, they took them off and kept them at their feet. A good price and a cute mini cap, only its too small to actually use. Going to try something else this year. March 1, 2013

Mortarboard Hats this was a great buy with the exception of the hats did not fit my 4 to 5 yrs olds at graduation ceremonies...they were to big even for the x-small size...We had purchased some last year that had the elastic on them and that HELPED alot...these we bobbied pin them and they still fell off the childrens heads...so if your ordering please make sure you have elastic for a better fit...
