I love these hats! They are so cute. I'm having a Hollywood birthday party for my daughter and decided on these for the boys that come. My daughter liked these as much as she liked the tiaras I purchased for the girls. Very cute item for a good price.

Gangster Good!
Bought for a spy party. Exactly what I expected. they will look great in pictures! The plastic is very thin but for what I am using it for, it is just fine!

It's Ok
The hats did not fit most of my guests.The hats did not state that it was for kids it just said Gangster hats so I bought them I still have them all but 4.very disappointed at the size.

Don't buy these for the white bands
I ordered 4 dozen of these. The white bands on the hats have a "Made in China" stamp on the front of the hat. We had to put white out on over half of the bands. The rest, we had to completely remake ourselves, as they were crumpled and torn. Very frustrating to have to spend so much time on these hats, when I expected to be able to use them straight out of the package.

not for adults
when you read the description, it does not mention kid size. in the order they come as kids black gangster hats. i also ordered neon hats that describe themselves as the same size and they are much bigger. will keep these as i have kids coming, but i am not thrilled.

Excellent Purchase
My daughter had a Red Carpet party for her 8th Birthday and we purchased these for each of the boys. They were a big hit and fit very well, the boys looked very cute in their hats. These were a great party favor and a great price.

cute for kids
I bought these as place markers for my son's bar mitzvah party. I wrote the names of each of his friends on the white band around the hats and only one of the 24 that I purchased had a damaged white band. The bands sometimes were found inside the hats that were stuck together, one on top of the other. The quaility is pretty flimsy,and you need to be careful when separating the hats from each other, but overall, they are quite cute for the kids to wear and for the price, an original way to do seating arrangements.
