Keeps them busy
We got these for the goodie bags for a 6 year old's party. The kids loved them. We did not have them color them at the party, but had there been any lag time, with kids this age, we would have!

Affordable Fun for Lots of Kids
I had to purchase items for two school classes and one Girl Scout troop. This had to be the most economical, quickest, easiest craft; I tied the ribbons on before distributing them and the kids took them to color on their own. I gave them in red lucky envelopes along with chopsticks (both also from Oriental Trading) and a "lucky" penny. A huge hit -- and the chopstick pairs even come wrapped in instructions! Back to the bookmarks -- some of them were unusable due to off-kilter printing and other defects but Oriental Trading made good and replaced them immediately in time for the presentations.

Chinese Fuzzy Bookmarks
Fun and easy to use. Be careful when "tying the knot" of red ribbon as the bookmark tears easily. To remedy, cut off the torn hole at top and hole punch a new one elsewhere. One can also use other colored ribbon matching the colors used to decorate. Also, bookmarks look great not colored and just kept white.
