by apes4mopar Perfect for small projects
Yes, 2mm is very small and anyone that makes jewelry should know that. I make tiny jewelry and use these beads to make bracelets and they are perfect for what I need. They are plated metal beads, not painted plastic as the other review states. The plating doesn't come off easily and I have never had any complaints from my customers about these, in fact, they love them. They aren't perfectly round, but are very close and if the hole was smaller, they would be useless and not fit most headpins. If you are looking for tiny beads, I highly recommend these. :)

Be careful when thinking about buying these beads, 2mm size is very, very, very Tiny! I make a lot of beaded jewelry and don't use any size bead smaller then 4mm if I'm making a chain, which is still small but larger then these beads. For spacers a good size to use is 6mm to start with and then go up to 8mm. These beads are cheap looking, poorly coated with Copper Color Paint which comes off easily and has a larger hole then it shows in the picture. Don't waist your money because you will be very Dissapointed! I have found the same problem with the plastic coated Gold and Silver round beads as well.
