excellent to work with
We had 200 kiddos make snake coils with this clay during VBS. It was excellent to work with; it didn't crummble, or leave too much resdue on the table. We were able to smooth over the cracks with some water and finger tips-even after completely dry. It was dry in 24 hours and then we used acrylic paint on it.

A good purchase
This clay is very easy to work with. Use wax paper as a work surface to keep the clay from sticking to your surface, table, counter, etc. Air dry time is not bad it's according to how big or thick your project is. Be cautioned the clay shrinks quite a bit so you will probably need to mend cracks in your piece. All in all it is nice for children to learn how to make things with their own hands. My grand daughter loves it to make Barbie doll dishes with. It holds paint very well after drying. We use ceram coat paint for a better look. You can also add color to clay before molding. It's up to you

Great Clay for Group Project
This is great for the classroom or VBS or other kids groups.
With the clay portioned out ahead of time, the kids at our VBS were able to complete a pinch pot or bowl in 20 min. with very limited adult assistance. Here (humidity 40% or less) small projects dry hard in 2 days. If it's more humid they will dry more slowly.

Great Deal for the Money
I got this clay for our brownie troop. It was easy to work with and a great price. I got two packages (50 pounds). We have 11 girls and were able to make jewelry, a pot and gave each girl 2 pounds as a holiday gift.

Our PTO buys clay every year for our art teacher and typically spends over $300. We got 2 years worth for under $100!! It's more clay than we normally get too, the only difference is that it's not individually wrapped. But for the price it's worth a few bags of Ziplocs!

Awesome clay! You get a ton for the price!!! We are making tea light candle holders with it. I used ceramic tiles in the wet clay to add decoration and also painted it while wet ( we were on a major time crunch)...it actually turned out pretty good. Easy to clean up after too. Highly recommend!
