Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great End of School Year Gift I pass these out to my preschoolers each spring with the reminder to take Jesus home with them for the summer. I have been very happy with the quality and sparkle of these crosses. Do plan to take a bit of time to untie them before handing them out. The necklaces are knotted individually to keep the laces from tangling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value We gave these to the second graders making their first Reconciliation. They were so relieved to be done and they wore their "medals" with pride. The colors are bright and the strings are long enough to slip over their heads. These could also be a fun craft if you were to add pony beads to the string.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright colors We used only the crosses off the sting necklace. We had a craft for children to make rosaries at a festival we had called "Taste of Mission". The colorful rosaries were a hit!

I was considering placing these in some of the eggs for our easter egg hunt, but I'm not sure if they will fit. Are the crosses larger than 2 inches?

Asked by: Zachy
The crosses are 2" tall and 1 1/2" wide

How does this necklace attach in the back? Is it possible to string additional beads onto the necklace?

Asked by: lwatkins
There is a plastic snap clasp in the back, held in place by a knot at the end of the cord. If you untie the knot, you probably could string some additional beads and then re-attach the clasp.

I am looking at these for a gift for my 6th grade CCD class for Christmas, kids are 11 or 12 years old. Do you think these are more for younger kids?

Asked by: anhsp
We gave these to second graders. They are small, transparent plastic. In my opinion, they are for younger children.

Separate pieces

Do the strings and cross come attached or separate? Are they easy to take the cord out of to separate the pieces if not?
Asked by: Kat23
The cross comes strung on a matching cord. However, it slides freely and can be separated. The cord is knotted at the end and can be untied to add on or to change the cord.
