Cool product!
I had been looking everywhere for clear plastic eggs and I finally found them here. They are not as crystal clear as they seem in the picture and they do not stay closed firmly, but they are a unique item. I used them in monochromatic gift packs filled with color-coordinated candy. I also sent them to my oldest nephew so he would have the most challenging Easter egg hunt of all! My friends and I have been thinking of different craft ideas using the clear eggs. I'd love to see them in a larger size, too.

Great Find! - OT's "Clear" Easter Eggs
I purchased these Easter eggs because I was actually looking for "CLEAR" Easter eggs. I happen to use these for storage (believe it or not) and I'm glad to have discovered these.
I do agree with another customer who explained that they
possessed a poor closure. This is sadly true but in the same token, if you're not too heavy-handed with these, you should be okay. I personally don't need to keep opening these and closing them so they are just perfect for what I need them for.
For ideas to use these, here are some of my suggestions:
For creative purposes: you can fill these eggs with small decorative stones, pebbles, beads, buttons, or anything that you may feel will fit without being too heavy and put them in a decorative basket, bowl or unique vase to add a "personal touch" to your home decor.
For storage purposes: you can fill these with coins, small safety pins, buttons, earrings (more so studs), or anything that you may feel will fit without being too heavy, this way you can easily identify what you've stored and possibly use these "storage" eggs as a travel item.
For events: most people will probably fill these with different kinds of candy for Easter, however they can also be incorporated in a "treat" bag at birthday parties, baby showers, or any event involving giving away prizes.
For birthday parties, you can fill these with small items such
as a pair of dice, a small bouncing ball (an assortment of colors and patterns mostly for boys), a small dinosaur (for boys), a princess-like ring (for girls), a few barrettes or small hair clips (for girls), etc.
For baby showers, you can fill these eggs with pink and blue
Jordan almonds, "It's a boy" or "It's a girl" pin, etc.
For weddings: you can use these eggs as a great way to give a gift to your bridal party participants. For guys, you can create a small tuxedo or maybe just a bowtie on them with a different pair of cufflinks inside for each male participant in the wedding, with a small decorative name tag of each male in the egg etc. For ladies, you can "glue-gun" a small tiara or maybe a piece of lace around the egg and put a different small pendant to be worn on a necklace in them for each female participant with a small name tag in each. (Every wedding doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg and it would definitely be a very unique way of saying "thank you" to your wedding party).
So there you have it! Put those thinking caps on and enjoy
wherever your creativity takes you!

Great for little crafts
I purchased these clear eggs on a whim, and did not have a project in mind. I might just fill up with a little toy and candy for my grandkids Easter egg hunt. They are as advertised and those folks more artistic then I can probably make great crafts out of them.
