The best thing that I love about these bracelets are the closures. Easy to hook together and get apart for my six year old. I am going to use these as a craft at her next bday party.

OK purchase
These bracelets were OK, but even with the fabric markers the colors bleed. They worked much better with the older children in our group than the younger kids. I'm not sure I would purchase these again.

Thought it would work but didn't
Was hoping this would work well for kids to decorate but permanent or paint markers bleed through. Would be OK for an adult to make for his/her class and hand out as a completed item but not "kid-friendly" since results will look like a mess unless you are extremely careful/precise.

Cute idea, horrible results
I relied on reviews of other shoppers and purchased these bracelets for a potential children's activity. However, I could not find any product that worked on the fabric which is equivalent to a shoe lace. Everything bled horribly. I tried fabric markers, paint pens, paint, and regular markers. Also, I had to tape the bracelets to the table so that they would not slide and move around while I was trying to write on them. I honestly do no see how a child under the age of 10 could maneuver this bracelet and have a decent result, even if I could find a marker that would not bleed.
Based on my trials and tests, I could not recommend this product unless and adult was making the bracelet and gluing things onto it with hot glue. (regular glue did not hold)

Not bad, but big
These held fabric marker ink/paint well, but couldn't adjust down small enough for younger children.

Disappointed
The fabric that was used is stretched out on most of them and I wanted them for smaller children. I put several designs on one and kept checking to see which i liked and the clasp broke. I only opened the clasp maybe 4 times. Wound not use this again.
