Much smaller than I thought
I liked the idea of a 'design your own sword' but it was smaller than I expected. And, when I blew it up it was hard to fully inflate and put in the plug. I also wasn't sure what type of marker to use to do the decorating.

Beware!
I bought these swords for my son's pirate party and was highly disappointed. They are plain white and I just know they are going to be a mess when they are decorated. Nothing I can think of is going to stay on them when they are colored. I'm sure the kids will enjoy them but my apologies go out to all the parents.

smaller than expected
This item is smaller than expected and I didn't know they were completely white. These are going to be great for a pirate party, but the little kids are not getting permanent markers to customize them.

Cute for a 4 year old, but need to figure out how to decorate
Used these for the boys that were coming to our princess party. They are a nice small size for a 4 year old, but we tried to decorate with a sharpie and it rubs off on your hands even after drying for a few days! The silver markers work better, but don't set it on your table in the sun or it will rub off onto the table! So, maybe acrylic paint would work? I don't know. So if you can figure that out, they would be great.

SKip this
These are the size of a dagger, not a sword and just about any thing you use to decorate the "sword" will come off on your hands. Luckily we tried it early enough that we could get different swords. Very disapointed.

Would not buy again.
Very disappointed with product. Its the size of a dagger not a sword. Too late to get new swords for my son's party. I think the first photograph and the description of the product as a sword are misleading. Would not recommend unless you want disappointed kids.
