Great for storing small items
I did not have trouble with the lids and I find these great for separating and storing beads and sequins, at a very good price.

Perfect!
These are cute little containers, perfect to hold a scented tealight. I added the personalized black and white favor stickers on the lids and gave them out to everyone in the office. Huge hit!

think about how you will use them
I don't think the lids fit especially tight, so just be careful if you plan on traveling with them

not worth it at any price
I bought these for storage of small craft items such as beads and brads. They are extremely flimsy and very easily bent, Several had huge dents in them when I received them. The dents were easily pushed out so I thought they might still be functional, however, the overlap of the lid and the bottom is less than 1/8th of an inch, making them extremely unreliable for holding small items. Perhaps if you have adequate space to store them all on flat surfaces with no possible chance of them being jostled, you may be able to use them. Definitely did not work for me!

Cheap
I thought they were tins, but they are a thin plastic that will bend when you try to put the top on. Spend a little more and purchase a better quality item.

They're ok
The tops are definitely not glass, and well - the containers themselves, were thin plastic. They'll work for the purpose I intended, but I'm a little disappointed in the quality. They're actually a little larger than I anticipated.

Useless
Purchased these to fill for party favors. Problem is the lids don't stay on. So they are useless without buying shrink bands which oriental trading does not sell and I had a hard time finding. After you purchase the bands you might as well just purchased better tins from another company. Oriental Trading description says you can use them for many things. Take note that you can't use them for any of the suggestions because the lids don't stay on. They need to fix this item or stop selling it. Gave them one star because there was nothing lower.
