Girls love wands
My kids had so much fun decorating these with the large assorted jewels. They weren't flimsey, but they weren't going to hold up against the kids 'casting spells,' so I told them to take them home and hang them up on their walls. The kids were all so excited to show their parents when they were picked up and the parents told me what a cute idea they were. If you are planning on some action with them, I agree with doubling them up, but do it ahead of time.

perfect for my 5 yr old's princess party! We just used markers and they came out great!

Double your order
These wands are really cute for coloring with markers. Like other reviewers said they are a little flimsy. I recommend doubling your order and using some large glue dots to put two wands together to make them a little stronger. The low price still makes that a good option.

These were a hit!
I bought these as a craft project at a street fair where I host a booth. I had these wands and masks. The wands were a hit with both boys and girls of all ages. In fact, we ran out of them! Most kids decorated just the wand and didn't add extra stars, so now I have a bunch of the loose stars for other craft projects. I also bought the foam self-adhesive star shapes (IN-57/2381) which were a great way to decorate the wands. I highly recommend these wands.

Not too bad
I purchased these for my 4 year niece. She and her friends thought they were really neat and they wanted to make them. I put together a playdate so the girls could all make their wands. The front went fine but the back we didn't have time to do.
We used sparkly paint and should have used markers then they would have been dry enough to finish together.
We still had a lot of fun making these!

I think these are cute, but I thought it would have had instructions that would have had.explained how to put them together. I glued them together with a hot glue gun and that worked out well.

Read the description
I don't know why everyone thought they would come with extras. It says quite plainly "add your own decorations." These are cute and cheap, young kids will love making them!

disappointed
They were cute but I was expecting to get markers or paint or something with the wands to finish them. In the discrption it should say extras not included.
