DIY Slap Bracelets
Purchased items for sport team event. All the kids loved decorating their own slap bracelets and wearing them. I did not realize that they would be so popular and ran out quickly.

I ordered these for my daughter's birthday party in spring 2010 and had no problems whatsoever. They were very popular with the kids and they "slapped" just fine with no problems. Permanent markers worked perfectly for decorating! Loved them!

Great Simple Craft!
This product was recommended to me by my Bible study leaders. The children totally enjoyed decorating these bracelets. Permanent markers ended up being the best way to embellish these.

Good for my use
Right now, I'm only using these around my wrapping paper rolls to secure them, in place of a rubber band or a piece of tape. They work great and are covered with a nice paper that has a bit of a shine to it. The paper doesn't tear when you "slap" the bracelet to make it curl, so that's good. I have not tried marker on them to see if it will smear, but I'm happy with them being plain white for my intents and purposes.
