Just what we need
Just what we needed to do a project. Much cheaper than doing plaster of paris. Easy to decorate. Will get again for other projects.

Great for decorating - all ages
We used these masks to create Chinese Opera masks and Samurai masks with origami helmets. We glued scraps of rice paper onto the mask. The mask holds the glue really well and the paper was easy to manipulate once on the mask. We did this activity with kids from 3 years up to 12 years at the same time (in the same class). It kept them all happy and busy for 2 full hours (no complaining!!!) The masks are very thin plastic and at first glance I thought they were really poor quality, however, they withstood manipulation well, and if dented, were able to be punched out. The glue dried after a few hours and the kids were able to take it home that day. You could do so much with these masks - such a versatile foundation for a craft.

Don't Bother
These were purchased for an office event, "Fat Tuesday". The company paid for them. We have a pancake breakfast and I wanted to add something a little fun. What could be more fun than decorating your own mardi gras maks? The masks are definitely not for adults, and good luck decorating them. They are way to thin and flexible so what ever you put on comes off when the mask flexes. If you only want to use magic markers you'll be fine. I looked for a DIY mask that was a little more substantial but couldn't find one on this site. Now I have unhappy people on my hands and a very red face. :(

Good for the price
These masks were purchased for a project where the masks would be used as a form for the actual mask being made. They are a bit flimsy for the intended use. They would be fine for a mask to be decorated and worn.

Good price but masks were squished during delivery
I was looking for a bunch of cheap, white masks to put on a wall for a haunted house. The plastic thickness is thin, but the price is good and the price/value was acceptable for my need. My complaint is that the masks were squished during packaging or delivery. Because of the thin plastic, they were not able to hold their shape well when taped to a wall. They would have worked fine when used as intended (masks worn by people).
