Great Project
These tops are a great idea for a quick project. I bought them to go with a more complicated project. While the paint for other project was drying the children decorated these tops. I also bought wood paint markers to color them with. Both purchases were awesome!

Great!
These were perfect, they are small (2 inches like they say) but it allowed me to get the number I needed for a fair price. All of ours worked, no broken ones. We ordered 2 boxes, really fun item!

Great for what I wanted
I was looking for a way to demonstrate to a group of 2-5 year-olds that all the colors blend together to make brown . After trying various ideas like spinning Tinkertoys with a color wheel attached to them, etc., and finding that they didn't rotate fast enough to blend the colors together in your eyes to get to a brown, I was at a loss. After seeing these wonderful little tops, I bought them to try them out. They work fantastically when you make narrow lines with markers in the order of the rainbow in radiating pattern starting from the middle and doing at least 3 sets of colors, it works great. The kids were able to spin them easily, and they had a lot of fun coloring them. It was a hit, and my point was made.

Not Bad
Not bad for the price...i ordered 2 dz and in 1 of the boxes, there were 2 defective tops.

Wood tops
These were a lot smaller than they appeared. I wish they were a little larger.

Nice wooden tops
We made these at church with kids 5-10 years old.. They loved them. We colored them with magic markers. The kids were really excited. Most kids have never had a top, boys liked to keep them in their pockets and take them to recess at school. One child was so sad that his got washed in his jeans (they are not made for washing machines) luckily I had a replacement to give him.
All the tops were great.

Great fun!
I bought some of these at an Arkansas State Park and brought them back to show my children at school. They went WILD over them. "Where can you buy them?" they said. At .40 a piece they are wonderful. The kids decorate them with markers and then spin with abandon. You would think it's a Nintendo game, they are so excited. I would think all elementary aged children would love these. Our art teacher is going to sell them as a money maker.
