This was a hit at our son's 8th birthday party. We were doing a "Godzilla" theme and this pinata is close enough in appearance to be either a T-Rex or the ever loving king of Tokyo destruction. Everybody knew who it was supposed to be and this item made his birthday special. Also, we didn't find it too difficult to break open like some of the other pinatas we have had in the past. This broke open without any of the candy inside getting destroyed.

Sturdiest Pinata Ever!
We weren't sure if the kids would ever get this pinata open! The kids hit the arms and legs off and kept attacking the body, but we eventually had to help break it open to release the candy. There was not much room to stuff candy either. I rated it a 3 because the kids (ages 3 to 9) were frustrated and disappointed they couldn't get it open on their own.

Not a good value
I should have seen some of the comments left previously. This pi¿¿ata is TINY!! It holds a reasonable amount of candy (1/2 of a large bag), but it is embarrassingly small. As others have noted, it does not look like the picture shown. Given how small it is, it is really not a good value for the money.

Good for my 3year olds birthday party
This pi¿¿ata wasn't exactly what I was expecting. It was a little smaller than expected and it looked different than the one in the picture. But it was perfect for my 3 year olds party. It held a nice amount of candy. It took a real beating before the kids finally got it open, so that made it extra fun.

Way too small
I read the reviews and a lot said it was small but I never expected it too be as small as it is!! You would be lucky to fit a bag of candy in it!!! Also, it didn't really look like a dinosaur but more like Godzilla. But, my son absolutely loved it so instead of using it as his pi¿¿ata, he kept it for himself and put it in his room.

The product that was sent to me looked NOTHING like the picture. I would never consider it a dinosaur. And it was very small considering the $17 price tag. I can't rate the quality because I returned the pinata and will be making my own.

lots of fun with the dinosaur pinata
Got this Dinosaur Pinata for my 6 yr. old. He and all his brothers and sisters had a great time hitting it. It lasted long enough for all to take a hit or 2.

A Little Thrown Off....
I got this for my son's Dinosaur party... Makes sense right? Well when I got it, it looks a little different than pictured. They eyse are not paper mache, but stickers... It looks a little more like Godzilla than a T-Rex. The mouth is different too.
But it holds a good amount of candy, and I don't think the kids will notice that it's different than the picture!

small but tough
10 boys from 3-11 years old all got 3-4 chances to hit this thing and it took forever to tear open- they really got our $$ worth and even the paretns got to try- could be bigger- but still held more candy then I would have thought.

Small but nice
It is the best looking dinosaur pinata I've seen but it is really small. The top loop fell off first so we had to hang it upside down.
