this is a really nice product and great price for the amount you get. We used these for an activity at a recent event. You have to use permanent markers to decorate, so that may be hard with young children. Make sure you warn parents first! We let the young kids decorate them with various stickers instead.

Used these as name tags for Cub Scout Day Camp. Used Sharpie markers & they worked out great! Drilled a small hole at either end and string. Very cute.

This was a really great craft for the children. They could create the boomerang any way they liked. All the children loved it, even the older one!

The Kids LOVED these
We purchased these boomerangs for vacation bible school and the kids thought it was really cool to decorate and have their own boomerang.

Perfect for our use!
I was expecting cardboard which we could color with marker, but it was plastic. Harder to decorate but will hold up much longer. We used them as a craft to represent the country of Australia for Girl Scout Thinking Day. Many times we heard it was the "coolest" activity of the day.

I was looking for something for the students to make because we where studing Australia. the students enjoyed decorating them with the wild life stickers but, they are not functional when thrown they went up and did not come back to you. you get what you pay for.

I read all the reviews and decided to go with them anyways. I've decided to use them as wind chimes as 1 reviewer recommended

Liked the idea of them. But half came to us crooked! Kids still liked coloring them... permanent markers did work the best:)

I worried about coloring on the plastic but permanent markers worked beautifully. These were fun and the kids in VBS really liked them.
