DIY Puzzles - 8" x 10" (24 puzzles)
Great to have on hand
I bought these for my daughter's fourth birthday (it says five, but if your child is "good" at drawing these will work fine). I am now purchasing other stuff for her sixth birthday and am getting more of these to have on hand. The kids loved doing them at the party and, because you get a lot, I had some left over. Every once in a while (especially on play dates) I'll bring them out. It's not the typical coloring, so her friends love doing them. They stay together well when you¿¿¿re drawing and when you are done, just put them in a zip lock and you've got a puzzle! Two activities for the price of one. Believe it or not, they are a lot harder to do than normal puzzles. Make sure the kid colors every piece and assume the younger kids won't make a puzzle worth doing. Although, they are inexpensive enough that every once in a while that's okay, too. Oh, and I love doing them, too!!

Great Gift Idea!
I bought this as a craft project for a cub scout pack I help with. The boys decorated the puzzles and then we delivered them to local nursing home residents. They boys had a great time making the puzzles. Great way to be creative!! They can be difficult to put back together. We took pictures of the completed puzzles, printed them, & stuck them in the bags with the puzzle pieces. I would recommend!

KID'S OF ALL AGES LOVED IT!
We tried the two larger "MAKE YOUR OWN PUZZLES" for a support group project and from 4 to 14, the kids loved it. Very good quality, thick cardboard and tight fitted puzzle pieces. Easy to color with markers, pencils or crayons. The only way it could be better is if each puzzle came with an envelope to take puzzle home.

Good but not great
I bought these for my class to work on during the last week of school. They loved the idea of making their own puzzle. HOWEVER, I would recommend that you have a parent break them apart ahead of time. When i gave the students the puzzles to create then take apart, many of the kids broke the pieces due to how badly they were perforated. This product would have been better for my needs if I would have had the puzzles taken apart then given to the students to put together and color.

Novel idea for kids
Perfect to remind kids that they can make something as good or better than what they might normally be spoon-fed. Pieces will fall apart easily before decorating if you are not careful to keep the puzzle intact.

Kids love these!
We use these to make birthday invitations, thank you notes and as a quiet activity. My very active kids find it difficult to sit still and be patient with other "crafts" . They enjoy making these as there is no waiting for glue/paint to dry, etc before seeing the result. It is an inexpensive way for kids to be creative.

Kids LOVED Them!
I bought these to go with a lesson I was teaching. They went GREAT with the lesson!! Here is where I ran into a problem: The puzzles are thin and come in one stack of 24. How do I hand these out to the students? They are blank on both sides so they CAN NOT be taken apart and put into baggies. When you lift them off the stack, they fall apart. However, with a little thought and work, I figured out a way to make them work. I slid a piece of foil between each puzzle and it made it easier to pass out. It required a little extra work from me but the kids LOVED these!!
