DIY Wood Crosses
I bought these last year for my 3rd grade RCIA class. They are very well made and the kids are able to decorate them any way they want.

Purchased these for our older kids in Children's Church, to be used for Father's Day. The front of the cross is slightly raised, which is a nice touch. The cross, on most of the ones I received, were turned slightly to the left. They are not straight. We can use them for a regular craft. They will need to be sanded before giving them to the kids for painting. Each one has some rough spots.
One positive, the base has a score line that could hold a business card or small sign.

Good quality and well made. The crosses worked great for what we needed.
Items are very good quality and well made. The cross is natural wood and was used to make Centerpieces for a Church Function. The crosses were decorated and placed on a stand. It worked out great! These could also be painted. They have a small slit in the base where a card can be placed.
There is no assembly required.

very good product, well built and nice looking
I bought these and stained them ....they took the stain very well, only needed one coat. Sturdy, well made..no cracks or blemishes in the wood. I was so pleased with how they turned out, I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of a nice sunday school gift for the class or even a good sunday school project. I gave them as gifts to women I worked with on a woman's retreat.

These wood crosses are great! We had our afterschool program children ages Kindergarten through 5th grade paint them and the next week they got to add gems, buttons, etc. All the children loved this project. I noticed another review commented on some of the crosses being rough and requiring sanding. I think if a cross is rough it is just fine that way. We told the children that the cross Jesus hung on was certainly rough and if their cross was rough it was meant to be that way. They thought it was cool if their cross had some rough parts! And the paint took to all the parts just fine.

Very nice. I added some wood on the bottom, added a solar light, and a small flower, painted white. Used for grave decorations. Turned out very nice.

I bought these crosses to make crucifixes. The shipment I received was better than expected. The crosses were very substantial, though needed just a touch of sanding in a few places. I went with an oil to prep the wood, since staining didn't turn out good with the glue and a little putty in spots prevented a good coverage. The crucifixes turn out awesome for the refuge.
