Domino Sets in Snowflake Case
I bought the dominoes in the snowflake case to use as part of the goodie bag for the kids who came to a birthday party for two of my nieces. The theme was snowflakes and snowmen, so this item fit in perfectly, and kids of all ages liked them. The younger ones who did not know how to play dominoes, just liked opening the case and putting the dominoes in and out of it, lol. Yes, the pieces are not made of the most sturdy plastic, but I did not expect them to be for the price that I paid. But I got a nice little gift to give the kids that went with the theme that we had.

Just be aware
I am pleased enough with the product, and was aware of it's limitations after reading reviews. Here is what I received:
Each pouch is a complete double six set (really great).
Each domino is soooo tiny! I'm talking 'tip of my pinky' tiny! Very cute but many may not expect to see dominoes this tiny, actually they would make a great craft or scrapbook project.
Nearly every domino is printed slightly off center, and some more so than others, so if you can imagine the one dot, just not quite in the center or the six dots, nearly off the tile. Ultimately I didn't find this to be a problem and they are playable and oh so portable.
Every tile is punched out of a plastic sheet and retains it's rough edges, if I had had the time I would have smoothed them with a bit of sand paper or emery board. A case of cost to quality, which as long as you know about it I think is fine.
Each and every pouch came smushed into an unattractive ball. I ordered 24 of these and every one of them had to be emptied flattened and refilled to make it gift worthy. Just two of the two dozen were ripped beyond use. Normally I wouldn't be happy about this but after reading other reviews I guess I got lucky. I just made two new pouches. If I order again next year I will just plan to make my own pouches.
I'm still really happy with the product and it does appear to have improved significantly since early reviews.
It is the product itself I like, a complete double six that will fit in a childs pocket, can be used educationally and just for building fun - though cannot be used to fall dominoes because they are not evenly weighted, even if they were smooth edged enough to stand on their own, which they are not.

I purchased these in previous years to give to my students at Christmas time, with the intent to use the dominoes in class for math lessons and free time games. My students love playing with and using the dominoes. Dominoes are a great way to create addition and subtraction fact families. I introduce and start with one domino, and over time add 2 or 3 dominoes for higher lever fact families.

Christmas Gift for students
I've ordered the Snowflake Domino Set for several years in a row. We use dominos in my classroom as a math manipulative,so the kids already know some games and activities to use with the dominos. I include a handout of other fun activities & games they can play with them. A great educational gift!

The dominoes are the size of tic-tacs. This would be great for a kid's gift on a camping trip in the car....not for adults, for a Mardi Gras Party.

Great LITTLE product!
I wanted something like traditional dominoes and loved these when I saw them. The dominoes are a bit small but perfect for little hands and great in their own little snowflake pouch.

Dominoes - Not Just a game!
I bought these for my students as a holiday gift. My intentions are to teach my students how to play the game of dominoes, but also to teach math as well. My students are academically challenged, way below their age levels. The two sets of dots on each block will help them with simple addition and subtraction problems - based on fact families. A great way to make math fun for those that are challenged.
