Dr. Seuss theme We threw a Cat-in-the-Hat themed party, and this pencil was a great addition to the favors / goodie bags. It does require a little patience in assembling, but it's worth it for the kids to use and enjoy. July 26, 2011

Okay They were okay at kindergarten. The kids really enjoyed them, however alot of the pencils cut he cards when you put them in February 23, 2012

Good purchase The bows were impossible to put on the pencil, so I used them on Red and white suckers. They fit perfectly on the sucker sticks. So, the pencils and the suckers were both given as prizes at a dr. Seuss event. March 3, 2011

cards are fun I bought these for a Dr. Seuss themed baby-shower. they are okay for the favors I thought. They aren't perfect, but the price is reasonable! January 26, 2011

Cute, but poorly designed The card has several book images that don't punch out (only the Cat & tie images actually punch out), the directions on the reverse are destroyed once you punch out the Cat & tie, and the directions don't make sense. It seems they want you to put the large circle at the bottom of the Cat cutout through the tiny hole in the tie cutout, which doesn't work. I'd enlarge the hole in the tie cutout, or eliminate it altogether. Otherwise very cute. I wish there were enough of them in a box for a whole classroom, & that they were more thoughtfully designed.
