Not what I was expecting
I knew they were going to be small because they are for kids but they are extremely small, like play dishes small. Maybe good for like a two year old. I considered keeping mine and letting my child use it as a cup for rinsing while brushing his teeth. I definitely cannot see putting hot cocoa. The quality is actually not bad but the rim is kinda sharp. And the handle isn't a solid piece it's 2 thin pieces next to each other. Will be sending back.

Good purchase
These mugs were good for what I needed. They were a little thinner quality than expected. I would still purchase them again.

Awful, looked damaged
I bought these cups for my son's nursery school Christmas party and was embarrassed to give them to the school! The cups in the picture online look so much better than what I was sent. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but these were awful. Terrible quality. Scratched up, paint chipped. Very disappointing. Oriental Trading did offer a refund, which I give them credit for doing, however, they should not sell such shoddy items.

Elves missing faces
I ordered these for a fun family Holiday project, and was so dissapointed with what arrived in the mail! Several of the mugs I received were missing their faces, and the plastic was thin and flimsy. The elves were so cute, so I ordered them, but after shipping, tax, etc, the mugs were just under $1 a piece. For a $1 I could have gone to the dollar store and bought a nice ceramic Christmas mug. Overall pretty dissapointed. :(

Missing details
I guess you get what you pay for...they are cute for what I was needing (children's party and hot chocolate was served), but I had several of the cups that didn't have the face details on them. It was only the red cups that were missing the faces...

Do NOT order these mugs or any of the other holiday themed mugs!
I never write reviews, but was terribly disappointed in these. They arrived with scratches all over them and are very thin and poor quality. But the worst is the "paint" marks all over more than half of the mugs I ordered - it looks like a child scribbled all over them with red crayon and it doesn't come off. I live overseas and don't have time to order something else- I don't think I will be handing these out in the goody bags. Wish I ordered the regular cups instead. Oriental Trading should not be selling these.

do NOT buy these
I rarely leave reviews but these are the WORST product I have ever received. The cups arrived with extra paint splatter markings all over them, scratch marks all over the cups, they are SUPER poor quality and tiny. I would NOT purchase these again and do not recommend them.

Poor Quality
Purchased these mugs for son's classmates. There were scuffs of paint on the side of the mugs and the overall quality was poor. Didn't have high expectations given the price for 12 mugs, but would be truly embarrassed to hand these out.

very cute
I bought these for my 5 year olds christmas party and put hot chocolate in them. They are small but a great size for kids. They also were cute party favors for the kids to take home

Elf-Tastic Mugs for Kindergarten Class
We did the Elf on the Shelf this year in my kindergarten class. These mugs were part of a farewell package from our elf. The children loved them. They have vibrant colors and cute graphics. I will buy them in the future.
