Great value
I bought this for a craft at a kindergarten party. There were lots of stickers for variety and an alphabet set for each bookmark. The kids enjoyed lacing and making one of their own. My one negative: the punched holes weren't always punched all the way through on every bookmark.

Great idea, Difficult assembly
I purchased these for my daughter's b-day party. I thought that the kids could do this as a craft. When I opened them, I realized that the holes on the bookmarks and the foam letters for spelling out their names hadn't been routed all the way through on almost all of them. I didn't have the right size punch for the lacing holes and the foam was difficult to cut with an x-acto blade. I managed to cut the holes for lacing but realized that the kids would have too much difficulty trying to use the semi-routed letters and ended up making the bookmarks myself, as favors. The end product was cute and well received but it was much more trouble than I anticipated.

Convenient
Good value for the convenience of having a "complete" kit. However, I was disappointed that one side of each bookmark was pre-stamped with orientaltrading.com and the item number. OTC did offer to accept a return but our VBS was taking place in two weeks so I accepted them as is. Also, there is only one complete alphabet set for each bookmark with no extras for those with double or more letters in their names. At least two of each vowel, common letters (such as l, n, r, s, t) and/or extra alphabet sheets should be included.

Lacing Bookmark
HELPFUL HINT: Always make one before party to see how much help the kids will need to create. This was difficult for ages 5-7 by themselves.
