Very CUte
Was exactly as pictured. They are child sized as described (6"), but perfect for my 3 yr old's birthday. Easy to put together, but will reinforce with tape.

Tears Easily
I usually love my purchases from this website, but...These hats do not come put together. This would be fine, but upon curving the hat it easily tears. If you don't tear it while trying to bend it into a cone shape, you will probably still have trouble putting the tabs in the slots. I would not recommend this item. I ordered 24 for a party of 20 and cannot use them now, because I've already torn 6 of them.

cute but poor design
I bought these for my sons 1st birthday and everyone thought they were very cute but when I was putting them together it was a little difficult and then on the pig mainly the flap ripped on the back where the 2 pieces go together as soon as I let go because of the tension on the back of the hat and lack of material. But I called and Oriental Trading sent me out replacements. So A+++++ on customer service. And if your careful in the assembly process you will have cute party hats.

Liked them but hard to assemble!
I think these hats were adorable! They are made very well from sturdy paper, but did take some time to assemble. I was surprised that I had to assemble them! They wanted to bend when I was trying to get the assembly tab into the slot. I managed to get them all assembled without any ripping through though it did take me probably 45 minutes to do. I had to reinforce the seam with tape on the inside so the tab didn't come out. Love that the strings have the little metal pieces on them to keep the strings from falling out!

I am using these for my sons farm animal birthday party and I hope the kids really enjoy them!

Great Bargain
You can't beat the price on these super cute hats. The kids put these on to pretend they were farm animals on the farm!! So fun!

Cute but requires some work.
These are really cute for a farm theme. I was surprised I had to assemble them. We got compliments on how cute they were, esp. the pig, horse, and cow. It comes with a duck too. When assembling, they have a slot that tucks into a cut. It was doable but I found they looked small assembled. My friend (adult) was able to wear one easily though. We reinforced the folded portion inside with tape and on the outside as well. Each one took less than a minute to assemble. Don't open them right before a party since they arrive flat and you have to make it cone-like. Not a problem just not expected at first. Super cute though.
