Didn't get all the parts While putting these together for my son's party, I discovered that there weren't enough elastic pieces to go with the cone hats. Also, the flaps would fall off while putting them together. Wouldn't purchase them again. March 19, 2012

Worked well for the theme The hats needed tape to stay in place. That was a con for me. On the positive side, the hats fit perfect for the theme and were bright and attractive. February 18, 2011

OK, not great Got kiddie hats for humor quality. Nice hat, but even adults had some trouble putting it together. Went over well, though. July 6, 2010

Assembly required These were cute, and excellent graphic quality. Adorable. However, assembly is required and they don't make an exact cone - the top is open a little. The tab/slot assembly is easy, but the they didn't stay well without tape. Still an excellent item. March 22, 2010
