It Works for me Bought it for my husband for a one time event. Yes you need to stuff the tails with plastic bags or tissue but it served its purpose November 22, 2011

Not the best quality The elastic around the head wasn't right, perhaps snapped or something but it doesn't sit well on the head. It could be that I just got a bum hat and the rest are fine! It's just that mine wasn't. March 4, 2011

Good for the price Good buy for the money, would recommend to a friend. Bought several kinds of funny hats for the office to wear for April Fool's day and the ones from Oriental Trading Co. were a big hit! You will need to stuff the "arms" of the hat with tissue paper to make them stand out more.. March 17, 2010
