So much Fun!
The kids at our family reunion LOVED these. Simple to assemble. Easy to teach them how to take flight! Watch the arrows and spin them that way. We had some go 30-40 feet in the air, and up to 100 feet. This one was a BIG hit, and for little money too! The age range was 4 yrs. to 12 yrs.

FUN!!
My 10 year old son picked these out as a party favor for the Valentine's day party at school. He was insistent that we not have something too girly. Dad loves these too. He and my son come up with different challenges and games they can do with the dragon fly. Also, well made and easy to assemble.

best flyers
The kids at school loved these easy to fly toys! I got them for kindergarteners but our 5th grade buddies wanted one too! Other students in the school also asked me if I had any extras. Everyone liked and wanted one!

SIMPLE FUN PRODUCT
My child loves this product. It is simple but fun. Other children playing nearby are also fascinated with this toy.

AWESOME!!
I used these for a demonstration on various principles of flight and they exceeded my expectations. I picked up a few extra to have on hand for my own kids on rainy days or picnics et al. They fly beautifully (if you do it properly) and the variety of color combinations helps kids keep track of whose is whose. I finally found a reason to like my ridiculously high ceilings :)

Great purchase, will buy again!
I bought these for my daughter's 9th birthday party, and they were a huge hit with all the kids; adults too! Very easy to put together, very easy to learn how to use. After 2 or 3 tries even the littlest kiddos (ages 2 & 3) were able to use them. Durable material, great colors for boys and girls. Great product for great price.

A repeat purchase
This is an activity that inspires awe in the children. They are amazed at how high their "copters" fly. The children are 4 - 6 years old; through experience we have learned they must hold them at arm's length and be very careful with the "straw" or stick they rub between their hands; they break easily. They will also get hit in the face with the copter blades if they hold it too close to their faces. When I present this activity, I make sure to mention these caveats. I also have to fit the straws in the holes of the copter; it is too tight a fit for them to do. Having used them before, I found out what the trouble spots were; this year, it is going much better. But I cannot deny the feeling of awe they feel when the copter successfully flies. It is also good to use when the maple seeds, which are also helicopters, are falling from the trees.

Individually Wrapped
Bought these for OCC shoeboxes. They come individually wrapped so it makes it easy to place a few individual Dragonflies in each box. I wish that the direction arrow on the propeller stood out more so you could easily see which way to twirl them.

Excellent toy and diversion
I bought these for presents for Halloween "Trick or Treaters" and they were very successful. I think every time I demonstrated one, the group of kids at the door all wanted one. (My wife and I don't give out teeth rotting candy, only presents, and we offer two 'prizes' to each kid, usually a small ball to everyone, then their choice of another toy such as this, which we called the 'helicopter' or the small frisbies, or chinese yo-yos.) We highly recommend these, with the one precaution - try them first because if you spin them the wrong way, they fly downward and hit you in the hand, which can hurt!! So, be sure to show kids which way to spin them so they don't hurt their hands and quit wanting to play with them! ; >)

Fun but break easily
Bought these for my 6 year old birthday party. It was outside and we wanted something the kids could play around with. The learning curve to get these to spin correctly was oddly difficult for some of the kids, but once they got it they loved running around flying these for over an hour. (The trick is to notice a small arrow on top of the propeller, be sure to turn the straw in that direction or it won't fly up but instead backwards and hit the kid).
The plastic propellers are decent thickness of plastic and withstood being accidentally stepped on. The thin plastic straws however, would crack and rip in half with little effort. Unfortunately the propeller isn't usable without the straw!
If the straw was made from wood this toy would rock!
