I was looking for an extra gift for Christmas and stumbled upon this. My kids who are 5 and 7 love the shaped bands and i thought this was a fun idea and not a bad price. I was really pleased with this purchase, the quality of it exceeded my expectations and the bands come out great. It is really simple to use and has patterns for shapes or the kids have the freedom to design their own. The only downside is each band takes ten minutes and with only one plate you can only make one at a time, but at this price it wouldn't be hard to get a second one so they can each have their own. This is really fun, my kids love it and i would highly recommend it especially if your kids love the shaped bands.

Huge Hit with my Kids
Shapelets was a HUGE hit with my kids and their friends - boys and girls. They cannot believe that they can make their own shapes! My five year old to my fifteen year old were busy for hours with the peg boards - we cancelled the rest of the party and just kept making Shapelets. They put pegs in the blue pegboard then stretch the special bands around the pegs to make their shape, then I put it in the oven for like ten minutes and that's it. I think the only mistake you can make is to stretch the bands! Easy! Who thought of this great idea? So creative!

Fun and easy
We got these becuase all the kids have been collecting these bands and we wanted to make something unique as gifts at a birthday party. we made heads of diary of wimpy kid characters and the kids loved them. It was so easy to do. The only down side is that it takes 10 minutes to bake each band, so it took all day to make enough for the party. but, it was still fun and easy and I would highly recommend them.
