the instructions need to be thrown away but if you have an idea on how these are assembled, they are worth it. it is a SIMPLE accordion fold & what makes it even easier is that you guide yourself by the premade cuts (no measuring). Martha Stewart sells these for much, much more money. i bought several packs and didn't get any torn. if you get these, definitely try 1 out in advance because the separation of the sheets and fluffing takes a little getting used to... but once i made one, i assembled them in just a few minutes.

These need about 3-5 more layers of tissue to look decent. They do not come pre-folded like the smaller ones do, & you have to wrap a wire around the middle as well as attach the hanging cord. Not worth it. I wouldn't buy them again.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cleacakes Please read the reviews!!! Do not buy this product
I read the reviews and still bought them only because I've bought things from here and have always been satisfied. Not with this. I ordered the white ones and what they call white is really a dove grey that looks like that cheap tissue paper they use in the discount stores to wrap ceramics in. Cheap looking, inferior quality, just horrid. I was able to return them and get a full refund with no problem.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Crayola This is not tissue paper it's more like packing paper.
This product is horrible to work with and doesn't even come close to resembling tissue paper. Was extremely disappointed as I ordered this as a decoration for my classroom's Seussville theme.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nikkilp82 Awful!
I purchased these tissue paper puff balls for a baby shower I was hosting. I hate them with a passion and feel like I wasted my money on them.
When they arrive it is simply folded tissue paper, a piece
Of wire and a piece of fishing cord. You have to figure
It out from there. I actually had to find a you tube
Video to figure them out. Once folded and ready to
Fluff they tear. Way too easily. I barely tugged to open it and
The sheet I touched tore in half.
I do not recommend you purchase these. They are a waste of your time and money. I ended up throwing them away.

Not the same tissue paper as other Pom poms on this site. Paper was similar to a thin printer paper which was not easy to work with.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Craftjetsetter These are terrible
These are shocking quality and instructions are useless, tissue paper is disgusting, so thin it's ridiculous and tears so easily, not worth the money and very frustrating when you buy for a party and it just tears
DO NOT BUY

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Abijen Paper not as advertised
Bought these to hang in trees for a wedding reception, but didn't realize that the "craft kit" would only have vague instructions. We tried a couple different interpretations and never got the results that the website shows. The paper is NOT white, it's more like newsprint and tears very easily. So even if you manage to start separating all the petals, it looks awful because half of them are destroyed. Nice idea, but just be prepared to buy extra for damages, set aside many hours to make them and know that the paper is very fragile. Luckily, I also bought the smaller, "pop open" type of balls and they were perfect.
