Great value!
Great for a Harvest Fest we just had. Nice selection and good quality. Kids love the peace signs and hippie designs. Fun and cool!

Disappointment
These glowed alright in the packet, so the kids were all excited in anticipation of turning the lights out and seeing their tattoos glow. But they did not transfer well at all. Tattoos broke into pieces and kids were left with bits and pieces on their skin, but no semblance of the original tattoo design. What was on their skin didn't really glow at all. Very disappointed. The price was good, but a waste of money since none of the tattoos worked. I ordered another set if tattoos and am apprehensive about whether they will be duds as well.

Don't adhere to skin
They stick to the paper and don't come off well.

No Variety
I bought these for a party for boys and girls because of the multiple designs shown on the image. I only received 3 different designs that were geared towards girls only. Very disappointed!

Nice designs, not a great product
The designs of the tattoos were great for a girl's birthday party, but the tattoos did not stay on very long at all and did not glow in the dark. The girls liked the tattoos, but were disappointed that they were not what was advertised.

Get what you pay for
Hard to adhere...some people tried 4-5 times to get one to stick. Once on, it only lasted about an hour. The slightest friction wore it away.

Big disappointment!
I bought it for my daughter's b-day party - the kids couldn't wait for the tattoos however when I started applying them it was such a disaster! I used many kinds of tattoos before and I never had this problem! It was extremely hard to get them on the skin! It took forever and so many of the tattoos didn't come out nicely... Some of the kids were crying, others had to scrub their arms because the tattoos looked like they were done few days earlier!
Oh, and one more thing, I didn't notice the tattoos glow, but maybe I was too nervous or embarrassed because of the quality of this product.

cute, but don't last long
I bought these to put in a pi¿¿ata for my girls' birthday party. They very cute and colorful, but the glow-in-the-dark parts of the tattoos are a different texture than the rest of the colored part, and they rub off easily. Their saving grace is that since they are so inexpensive, I ordered 4 lots of them, so all the kids can have a ton and just keep putting new ones on.
