Glow-In-The-Dark Moon RelaxableBalls 1.5 5 2 2

Houston, we have a problem. I bought the Glow in the Dark Moon Balls for a light themed girl's camping trip. When I received the package I immediately put one under a light for several minutes to activate the glow. I then turned off the light and didn't see a glow. I tried placing it under the light it for several more minutes with the same results. I called customer service about this, and they said they would research the problem, that perhaps it was a bad batch. Several days later a representative called me to tell me that she had placed the moon balls under a fluorescent light for 2-3 minutes, and then went into a completely dark room, and that she could see "an ever so faint glow". I placed the moon balls under a fluorescent light (2" away) for an hour, took it back into the completely dark room, and did see "an ever so faint glow". It is nowhere near the vivid yellow representation in the listing, more of a faint grey. This "glow" didn't last very long either, as several minutes later when I tried to view the glow again, it was completely gone. I guess we will only get to see the dark side of the moon... No Glow I bought these for goodie bags for a black tie event (Moonlight theme). The balls look like the moon, though large seam from mold used to make them. No problem with that, but they don't glow. I've placed them under lights to "energize" them, but not happening. The box label is "Moon Balls," no 'glow' indicated. If you want plain moon balls, order these, but don't order if you want to "go with the glow." January 21, 2012
