These where so much better then we thought they would;d be . Everyone loved them.

Just eh.
These are very thin, do not have color (they are clear) and they barely glow. This combination makes them sort of useless as decoration. Also, about 1/4 of the ones I received were bent/folded and I could not straighten them out no matter what I did. On the bright side they do have a hole on top so you can hang them on a string if you want, and maybe there is spooky value to bumping into hanging skeletons you didn't see.
I bought them as carnival prizes for an elementary school Halloween carnival. The reaction was mixed. They were less popular than the pirate eye-patches and even the skull/skeleton pencils. The good news is how many per dollar you get.

great for a filler
When using this item to add to the treats and goodies being given out at an event, they are wonderful. They are exactly what they are described as. They glow in the dark and all the kids loved them. We hung them from the cob webs to complete the spooky effect for the big spiderweb.

Complete and Total Waste
We bought these for our library's various "non-Halloween" events. The minute I opened the bag I thought I would pass out. The chemical smell was TERRIBLE! They had to be aired out for several hours before anyone would go near them. They also were so balled up and wrinkly that people constantly asked what in the world they were. The ONLY saving grace was that they glow in the dark-- but it turns out that the glow is barely visible. All in all, I feel like it was a complete and total waste of our money and would STRONGLY advise against buying them, cheap or not.

The skeleton are not glowing in the dark!!!!
they are wrinkled so they do not hanged on a string nicely.

not very stretchy, not very glow-in-the-dark
I expected these skeletons to actually stretch, since that was what was advertised. They are actually a little stiff and not very stretchy at all. They glow very dimly. Some of them are bent from the packaging and just stay bent. Disappointing.
