Small and not flexible
Cute idea but these were not flexible enough to play with and didn't glow that well. Some heads were permanent bent.

The Underdog of the Treat Bag
The only problem that I have with this item is the tendency for the skeletons to curl. The kids still love them, and I still buy them every year.

Using instead of candy
I am using these near Halloween as "prizes" in my science classes during interactive questioning and games to keep the students' interest. There almost always seems to be problems in using candy as some students are diabetic or have food allergies. The skeletons are science related and remove all of the problems associated with using food. The added bonus is that they glow in the dark (although not very brightly).

Bought these a few years ago for my teI
Bought these a few years ago for my teens birthday. We strung them and then hung them. When they get sufficient light to trigger the glow they work great and glow for hours. The teens loved them.

These are very thin, do not have color (they are clear) and they barely glow. This combination makes them sort of useless as decoration. Also, about 1/4 of the ones I received were bent/folded and I could not straighten them out no matter what I did. On the bright side they do have a hole on top so you can hang them on a string if you want, and maybe there is spooky value to bumping into hanging skeletons you didn't see.
I bought them as carnival prizes for an elementary school Halloween carnival. The reaction was mixed. They were less popular than the pirate eye-patches and even the skull/skeleton pencils. The good news is how many per dollar you get.

great for a filler
When using this item to add to the treats and goodies being given out at an event, they are wonderful. They are exactly what they are described as. They glow in the dark and all the kids loved them. We hung them from the cob webs to complete the spooky effect for the big spiderweb.

Complete and Total Waste
We bought these for our library's various "non-Halloween" events. The minute I opened the bag I thought I would pass out. The chemical smell was TERRIBLE! They had to be aired out for several hours before anyone would go near them. They also were so balled up and wrinkly that people constantly asked what in the world they were. The ONLY saving grace was that they glow in the dark-- but it turns out that the glow is barely visible. All in all, I feel like it was a complete and total waste of our money and would STRONGLY advise against buying them, cheap or not.
