Great Party Favor's!!!!
Gave these out at my son's B-day party. The kids LOVED it!! Good Product. I would recomend these.

No GLOW
These wrist bands did not glow in the dark at all. Very disappointed. They also flaked off with in hours of putting them on.

Disappointed in quality
I put this on my son after the birthday party and just a few hours later the tatoo was almost completely worn off. He was upset and I was disappointed. We ddn't actually try to see if it would glow so I can't comment on that.

Good Clean Fun.
My teenager requested these for her Halloween party. They were a big hit among her friends. I would recommend them for ages three (with supervision) and up.

Poor Quailty
This items did not glow as described. Even after "charging" them in the light, they still did not glow very much.
Only buy these for the tattos, not the "glow in the dark" feature.

cool tattoos, kids liked them, but do not get them if you want "glow in the dark" item. Ours did not glow at the party that night.

Nice Tattoos
I bought these tattoos for my nieces and nephews for Halloween but used one early for my daughter to dress up for a Rock Star birthday party. They actually look really cool on and do glow like they say. My daughter loves tattoos so she was very excited about these! Worth giving a try!
