My kids love these and they are easy to carry in my purse and hand out to my kids during outings.

Excellent for Rewarding
I am using these for my 6 year old son. I give him one coin for each chore he completes. He can then redeem his coins for a quarter each or 15 minutes of computer time each. He actually comes up with more chores just to get more coins!

Happy Employees
I use these coins and the Kindness Coins when I make the rounds at work. I give them to employees that go "above and beyond". Morale has risen and staff are looking forward to receiving a coin --- all for doing their job and doing it well

LOVE THEM! Great Idea!!
We bought these for our preschoolers to earn for good behavior. I also bought little boxes to write their names on, which the children will be able to put their coins in. When they have enough coins, they will be able to pick something out of our reward box. This will definetly help reinforce good behavior. I'm so glad oriental trading thought of this!! Great price for a LOT of coins!!

Great
I use the tokens in my classroom reward system. The kids are really excited about earning tokens. The tokens are redeemed on "Store Day."
On days when some of the students are not as engaged in the lesson as I would like for them to be, I hand out tokens to those who are engaged, and the others take notice and adapt their behavior in order to earn tokens.

coins for kindness
These coins are used by the children to learn kindness. When a child does a kindness, listens, follows directions, or what ever goal is set for each child. When the child reaches a goal they get a coin. When "X" amount of coins are earned they get a small toy that I got from Oriental Trade. These coins are a great reinforcement for teaching kindness - to prevent bullying.

Not impressed by these tokens
Purchased these for an Employee-to-Employee Recognition Program. Poor quality. Plastic seems low grade. Print on them is poor. Several of them had black dots or color coding coming off of them when we received them. Won't be reordering these.

Disappointment!
I bought three packs for my classroom as a reward system. I had seen them used before and they were thick, shiny, and durable coins. When my batch arrived in the mail, I was disgusted! They were paper thin, cheap plastic, paint was chipping off my hands, and the coins were bumpy and dull. SO disappointed!! They were not at all like what the picture portrays them to be. How can give my students paint chipping coins as a reward system?!

perfect for rewards systems
I use these as a reward system in my classroom. The children look forward to earning their coins so they can pick a prize from the "prize box" at the end of the week. Sometimes they are cut oddly, but I haven't seen one with a really sharp edge. They work perfectly for their purpose and they are a nice reminder to the children of why they earned them. :-)
