Star beads vs pony beads Bought these to make key chains for veterans at the veteran's homes in Wisconsin for 4th of July. The beads are quite small with lots of flash (extra plastic on the edges). The pony beads we purchased seem to be more sturdy. Hope they hold up on the key chains. June 16, 2011

white is not bright We made patriotic necklaces for Patriot Day, and the white stars were quite pink, from the red bleeding onto them. Their necklaces still looked really cute, but they would have been fabulous if the white had been as bright as they are in the picture. I'm still going to order more for next year, and maybe they'll fix this. September 17, 2009

good for price the only thing I noticed is that there was more like 1400 beads per bag and not even colors but it worked fine for our project. June 15, 2009

Not So Good These beads have a really faded color, not at all vibrant like the picture. Lots of them are mis-shapen. Overall, these are not worth the $8.00. May 20, 2009
