Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good but... Both the butterfly and frog life cycle pieces are made of durable plastic! However neither set includes the egg(s) part of the life cycle, which is a negative! February 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Quality I teach third grade and life cycles are a part of our science curriculum so this product was a must. They are much more realistic looking than I expected and I can't wait to see my students make better connections to the lessons by touching these. August 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sweet easy set to use with kids The sets are sweet, easy to use and very colorful. Even the frogs are slightly see through when they are young, very nice touch. The only complaint is that the frogs do not start from eggs and the chrysalis (cocoon) on the butterfly is a little odd. I wish they had left it just a chrysalis and not had the butterfly hanging half out of it. February 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love these! These are great quality and pretty realistic looking! My son loves them and so do I! They will be used often!! August 21, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Where are the eggs? I didn't realize until I opened the package that each life cycle does not include an egg. It may be a choking hazard (?), but without it these life cycles are incomplete and scientifically inaccurate. Good quality otherwise and interesting to add additional steps in the butterfly life cycle particularly - just wish they had come with an egg for each. June 3, 2014
