Very Cute Did not light up but were very cute June 14, 2012

lightbulb burns out quick I purchased for an asian wine party. Within 2 hours all the little lightbulbs had burnt out. I replaced them and then within another hour those had burnt out as well. You couldn't even see them with the lights on anyway so if you just want them as decoration and not actual working lights then they are OK. But $10 is steep for cheap looking hanging lanterns. great purchase although a little bit expensive, these lanterns are pretty good. The light bulbs seem to burn out at first, but you just have to make sure to screw it in tighter. It also comes with an extra bulb. The white sticks that come with it are supports. you place the end in the small hole at the inside of the base and then bend it toward the walls so you can put the other end ( the hooked end) in the slot inside the rim. Cute but... The lanterns look really cute, but one of them did not work. The other two burned out in a relatively short amount of time. I'd buy them again if I did not want to light them January 16, 2009
