Great purchase
It was perfect for my party and everyone loved it. Made it look like Mardi Gras was going on in my living room. The hanging ends should have been string or a sturdier plastic, it broke when trying to hang it the first time.

Impressive
These are good sized and add a lot to the decor.

For 2.99, it's good
This is one of those things where you have to remember that you paid only $3 for a banner. The colors are bright, and the fringe is nice. Yes, it is stapled together. But when it's up along a wall or over an entrance, you don't see it. You need to be ginger when putting it up, and I used an extra support in the middle. But for $3, it was a nice addition to the decor.

Buy this if you want to fix before use
This banner is poorly constructed. The cardboard letters are stapled to flimsy mylar fringe. Oriental Trading was kind enough to replace the first one, but the second one was no better.
I made use of the two banners by using pieces of each. I took the cardboard pieces and stapled them to the sewn edge at the top of the banner. I threw it out after using it indoors.

Looks great on my Mardi Gras board!
I am a music/art teacher at a K-8 school. I will definitely order from OTC again for my holiday stuff!
