Nice decorations
These balloon laterns looked really nice at my party. It put the finishing touches to my decor. The only thing that I was not thrilled about was the price .You need at least two dozens. It was very easy to put up and whether it hung from the side did not make a difference at all. Final outcome splendid.

So-so
I wanted to like these (I bought the silver ones and they were much better in quality). The latching mechanism on these didn't always work so we had to tie them together with string. Also, some of the balloons (3 of 12) did not open correctly and looked very dented (and therefore unusable).

In the Air
We used these lanterns along with red and black lanterns to decorate our reception hall for our wedding. They did look great once we got them hung. I did not like two things about them: 1) The hook to hang them with is on the side rather than on top, so they hang funny. 2) Out of our package of 12, 3 of them were broke, and one of the three couldn't be fixed.

Shiny
These items looked great once they were displayed. However, you need to be careful when hanging them because they dent very easily. Also, when we unfolded some the seams came unglued leaving a semi-circle. Some Elmers fixed that. Once the decorations were up though they looked great!!

Not Happy
I purchased these for a wedding shower.Out of 12 only 8 were good enough to use.they either tore while assembling or were so poorly made that instead of round some looked like footballs.

You get what you pay for
I would recommend this to someone who does not plan to have these viewed from close up.
Although the price is right for these lanterns, you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. We ordered a few dozen and I'd say at least half of them were difficult to assemble because the gold foil folds were fused together and/or because the frame was lopsided. We made it work and because it was coupled with other decorations and they were above the heads of our guests, we still got the desired effect.
