mummy paper plates
The paper tears easily, so if the kids are 7 years or less, you need to "pre cut the stripd. It looks best if you leave out a piece so you can see the green plate in some spaces .
A glue stick is perfect for this...the eyes and mouth are stickers....so it is perfect for a party.

cute, but not as described
The Mummy Plate craft is very cute and sounds perfect for 3 and 4 year olds, but will need a few set up modifications. The description says "self adhesive foam pieces" but that is referring only to the eyes and mouth. The strips of white that make up the bulk of the project are plain white paper that has perforations that need to be torn and glued (not included) onto the paper plates. To make it more toddler friendly, the strips need to be pre-separated and an adult will have to cover the plate in glue stick just prior to the children adding the strips. Good planning and prep on the set up will make this craft work at party time.
