Fun holiday hostess gift!
Purchased 3 for fun holiday hostess gifts (added a bottle of wine) & put 1 on the bar at my parties. Everyone had a good laugh. They're for decoration and look good but probably wouldn't hold-up too long to child's play. All 3 worked upon receipt but the batteries went dead after a few weeks & you have to cut a stitch to change them -- velcro would be much better! The music can get annoying after a while, but its fun & you'll get a good laugh the first few times. Other than the hassle of changing batteries, the quality is good.

Great Hostess Gift
The first Santa Hugger I received didn't work. I call the customer service and they quickly replace another one without any hesitation. The second one worked! It is so cute. It only has one melody. It is perfect for dressing up a bottle wine during the holiday parties. Perfect Hostess Gift.

Musical Santa Hugger
I ordered these for holiday gifts. Some of the music boxes didn't work. I called Oriental Trading, who graciously and very quickly reshipped replacement items at no cost to me. They arrived very fast. The quality of the Santa figure is excellent. The music box inside each Santa was sewn in, so the batteries could not be accessed to replace without cutting open the seams. I did that on one of the Santas, and found that the batteries had been installed backwards. Once turned around, they worked. I will donate this Santa (I sewed it back up first) as Oriental Trading had requested. Kudos to Oriental Trading for its gracious customer service, and its gracious customer service reps,too.

Cutest Santa
These were a hit for three of our friends and then of course I had to keep one for ourselves. All four worked very well and are absolutely adorable and worth the money! Merry Christmas!

YOU HAVE TO PULL OUT THE PLASTIC TAB TO ACTIVATE MUSIC BOX.
These were super cute and a big hit at several white elephant gift exchanges. Music worked on all of them. I'm going to buy the snowman hugger next year.

darn
these santa's are cute as a button.....but, the dont work. it would have been better if they didnt have the music box. i ordered 4 for christmas gifts and when given, 3 didn't work

Adorable & Inexpensive
This is a great gift, good quality, and inexpensive. It's perfect to give to a boss, friend, or someone difficult to shop for. Include it along with a bottle of champagne of their favorite wine (if you know it). You have to squeeze the right mitten to play the song (instructions did not clarify and the music sensor is not easily identifiable).

i have a wine rack so this santa served as decoration. he fit the bottle fine. he has a cute song and a strong old santa voice saying merry christmas at the end

Santa
It was a very cute present. Though, out of the 4 ordered, only 1 played the music. The rest didn't sing. It was a litle disappointing.

Doesn't work
Right out of the package, I pulled the plastic tab as directed and NOTHING, no singing, no talking, nothing. After pressing his hand a million times trying to get it to work, still nothing. What a waste of $7! I will say that it would have been cute if it worked.
